[ ] hypovolemic: give LR
[ ] euvolemic: D5W
[ ] calculate free H2O deficit

Push-Dose Epi
- 1 mg into 1L NS
(or: waste 9 cc from cardiac amp, refill with saline)
- Now have 10 mcg/mL
- Give 0.5-2 mL, or 5-20 mcg, PRN
Push-dose Phenylephrine
- Draw 1 mL (comes in 10 mg/mL)
- Put into 100 mL NS
- Now have 100 mcg/mL
- 0.5-2 mL, or 50-200 mcg, PRN
